I wanted to be a scientist since I was seven years old; interested in the inner workings of everything from the natural world to machines and buildings. Over time, that thirst for knowledge developed into a passion for food, which is how I became a certified food scientist. Bringing new products to market has been the greatest thrill of my career. That desire and sense of satisfaction is what drives my consultancy.
